- Fifty percent deposit is required on all bookings.
- Deposits cannot be transferred.
- Credit cards - Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Eftpos facilities.
- All cancellation requests must be in writing eg. Letter, email or fax.
- Cancellations within seven days of arrival will forfeit total deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may require full payment of booked accommodation. Whilst all attempts will be made to rebook your apartment, if unbooked you remain liable for the total cost of your booking.
- Apartments accommodate a maximum of four persons. Should additional people stay overnight, then we reserve the right to charge $30.00 per person.
- We reserve the right to charge additional costs for excessive cleaning.
